BikeCAD 24 includes a library of seatposts from ENVE. It's interesting to note that the length and setback of these seatposts in BikeCAD will differ a small amount from their nominal sizes. ENVE seatposts feature a cylindrical clamping mechanism that fixes the saddle rails some distance offset from the center of the cylinder. ENVE measures the length and setback from the center of this cylinder while BikeCAD measures these dimensions to the center of where the saddle rails are actually clamped. This means the actual seatpost length will be slightly longer than the nominal size and the seatback could actually change slightly depending on the angle of the clamp.
Also, the center of the cylindrical clamp for the zero setback seatpost isn't fully aligned with the seatpost centerline, but the actual setback is still within a few millimeters of zero.
Designs exported to FreeCAD will include the ENVE seatpost in the 3D model.
