If I make a rider visible on a drawing, it looks fine.

If I close that drawing and reopen it, the rider is distorted. The rider dimensions are the same in both cases. Any ideas why this is happening? BikeCAD Pro 9.16 on Mac.

Hi I tried to find the answer using the forum search. I would like to confirm that the length of tubing to be cut before mitering using the templates are the ff: I might be a silly question but just want to confirm. Thanks! this is only possible for constant diameter round tubing and does not apply to Columbus Max...?

Hi I would like to ask for help setting up the fixture's effective top tube length. ( please refer to the image) It is measured from the BB to the HT. Is there another name for it in BikeCAD Pro? Thank you very much!

My latest project using Columbus Max tubing. Opposing tube shapes are quite challenging to miter.

I am trying to print out the templates of a bike frame I have done but after testing them on the tubing they are all to small? ie the Down tube/ bottom bracket fits fine when it is rolled and taped but roll it round the tube it is 11mm out? and it is the same with all of them?

I have gone though all the tube sizings and there fine? I exported them as A4 for my printer.. am I missing something?

If i am to use the graphics application, i'll need to manipulate the position of the panel. At some point this was easy or automatic, but somewhere in the updates, the feature was lost or moved and I am now unable to position the panels. And my old designs no longer display correctly-the panels run over the headtube and i can find no way to drag them back.

I need to center them on the tubes or even better, be able to slide them toward the bottom bracket.

I'm working on a couple bikes. One has the standard Paragon vertical hooded dropout and the other has the Paragon Slider. Is the generic hooded based off the paragon dropout?

Also I tried customizing the slider dropout but seem to be running into measurement issues. When I imput the,whats thought to be, proper values for the slider, it pulls the hood away from the stays and leaves a gap. Do you have the values for a Paragon slider?

When changing values in dropouts, is "R" the diameter of the hood? i.e. the diameter of the hood from paragon is roughly 38mm.

I was wondering about what you consider a stable bottom bracket drop. Is three inches good enough? I'm having a hard time relating to the current frame I am building now because its a 29er and I am having problems imagining a bike with a 12 inch B.B. hight.

I'm trying to model a mtb tandem, and what I did was create the captain seat tube forward in one model, and the stoker seat tube back in a second one. I don't need miter templates, but I will need angles and lengths for front and rear of the bike. Then I'll simply fill in the middle by using whatever length of boom tube I decide on, and then fit the lateral and stoker top tubes as needed. Since the boom tube is generally level, using the same BB drop in both models would seem to give me a useful model to follow.
